So far, state estimation in distribution networks has been less attentioned than transmission networks. Measurement devices are not exist in different parts of the network in a distribution system unlike a transmission network. Therefore, proposed state estimation methods which require large number of measurements in the network can not be used in distribution systems. Also, due to the presence of dynamic loads and sudden changes in the industrial network, major challenges take place in the state estimation calculation process. In this paper, a method is proposed for estimating the industrial distribution network state with the help of limited measurements. For this purpose, different performance modes of the downstream loads on which the measurement device is placed are made available to the estimator and the network state is determined by the received measurement values. The proposed method has been implemented in the Power Systems Analysis Laboratory of Amirkabir University of Technology as a hardware device by connecting two computers and has been tested on a distribution network of a chemical plant in the form of software in POUYA real-time simulator. One computer plays the role of the SCADA system of the real power system, and the other computer acts as the simulator model (dynamic estimator).
