In medical science, the control tumor cells growth and perfect cure of them are big challenge yet. Unlike clinical experiments,  biological modeling can investigate different curative methods to fight with tumor cells by consuming time and cost less . The purpose of this report is modeling of interaction between tumor cells and immune system with the effects of inhibitory ILs (interleukins) such as IL-10 and Treg. The model is based on modified Depillis equations with using inhibitory ILs that associate immunotherapy with IL-2 and chemotherapy. The results are matched with physiological studies that in final we propose a curative method with so less chemotherapy damages. Finally, other ILs suggested that not only stimulate CTL but also they have no effect on Treg cells.
